What are the health and safety protocols?
To ensure as many in-person speakers as possible, BMI is requiring all Fall Annual Conference attendees to show proof of vaccination (photo of your card is acceptable) or a recent negative COVID test at the time of check-in. Negative tests should have been taken within 72 hours of check-in. We hope that this does not cause any undue hardship on anyone, but we believe this step will help provide the safest environment possible for all speakers and attendees.

What is the dress code?
For all conference events, the dress code is business casual. The Monday night reception and awards gala is business dress (black tie optional).
How do I sign up for Golf or Kayaking?
There is a question on your registration form. Just let us know then. If you didn't sign up during registration, just notify BMI of your interest in either event.
How do I make my hotel reservations?
Unfortunately, BMI has sold out of our hotel block. There are 3 options at this point:
- You can book through the public website, but be aware rates are fairly high - https://www.grandelakes.com/

How do I download the Conference App?
We are using the Whova app for our Fall Annual Conference app. If you attended Book Manufacturing Mastered in February 2020, then you might already have it on your phone. Attendees will be emailed a link to download the app and get your profile setup.
