Brooke Horn

Brooke Horn is the Membership & Operations Manager at the Book Industry Study Group (BISG), where she leads initiatives that shape the future of publishing through support of BISG's committees and working groups. She brings a broad industry perspective, with experience in editing, acquisitions, project management, bookselling, and marketing, having held roles at Audible, Guilford Press, and Pediment Publishing. Brooke earned her MS in Book Publishing from Portland State University in 2015 and is committed to advancing professional standards across the industry. In addition to her work at BISG, she serves on the Independent Book Publisher Association’s Legislation and Standards Committee, contributing to policy development and best practices that support equitable, sustainable, and innovative publishing.
