Allen Filson

Allen Filson is the Director of Professional Services at Canon Solutions America, Inc. His team focuses on Canon’s Production Printing Solutions division, or typically customers that print 1 million pages a month or more. In addition, Allen is an author of multiple books on leadership and leadership development as well as being an ordained Christian minister with Christian Global Outreach. Allen has been in the magazine printing, commercial printing, and book printing industries for most of the past 30 years specializing in prepress and automated ordering/production systems integration. Allen is also a certified Executive Leadership Coach and Speaker with the John Maxwell team. Allen’s focus in team development is in the realm of servant leadership and building an energized workforce through developing common values, common beliefs, and an empowered culture.
