In 2024, I co-founded She*t for Brains (SFB)—a grassroots initiative focused on mental health and wellness in the workplace. Through expert-led sessions and a growing community, SFB provides a safe, inclusive space to share experiences, learn strategies for resilience, and foster authentic conversations around topics often left unspoken.
I believe in leading with transparency, empathy, and collaboration—whether it’s launching a new campaign, cultivating community, or simply making a difference in one person’s day.
