Industry Vet Retiring After 45 Years

Dennis started in the Graphic Arts industry in 1973 with Earle and Jones, a promotional packaging company in NYC. He served as their VP of Sales covering the northeast. Collectively, they grew the company into a nationwide organization called The Jones Colad Group with manufacturing facilities in NYC, Buffalo NY, Atlanta GA and Los Angeles, CA. 

He then moved to Nashville with Rand McNally when they acquired Nicholstone Book Bindery. As Rand was exiting the Book business, he joined Dale Nichols who had just started BindTech, Inc. in a small leased building with a handful of employees in 1995 as their VP of Sales. Over 20+ years BindTech became the largest, privately held book bindery in the country with 300 employees operating out of two facilities totaling of 190,000 sq. feet.

In January 2016, he became the Executive VP and held that position until March of 2017 when Signet Enterprises acquired BindTech. BindTech now joins Finish Line Binderies out of Cleveland OH and Publishers Storage & Shipping Company out of Ypsilanti / Ann Arbor MI, and Fitchburg, MA as part of Signet’s footprint in the Graphic Arts industry.
